Founded in 1973, Roche AV Pro has grown into one of the UK’s leading AV integrators. With over 50 years of experience, we deliver innovative solutions nationwide, backed by award-winning service, in-house expertise, and a commitment to shaping the future of collaboration.
Our Founding Story.
Founded in Bolton in July 1973, our story began with Kroy tapes, Overhead Projectors, and a drive to bring technology into classrooms and workplaces. By August 1983, we had opened additional offices at Dean Clough, and in July 1987, we reached our first £1 million turnover month. Continued growth led to our move in May 1989 to purpose-built offices and a warehouse at Ainleys Industrial Estate in Elland — our headquarters to this day.
From those early days, we’ve grown into a multi award-winning AV integrator, delivering innovative solutions across the UK. In 2020, we launched our Professional Services division to strengthen our consultancy, design, and project management offering. In 2024 we opened a satellite office in the North East, allowing us to better support clients nationwide.
In 2025, we adopted Roche AV Pro as our company-wide identity. The rebrand reflects our evolution into a full-service AV integrator, building on a solid foundation of value-led solutions with our expertise in consultancy & design, project management, systems integration and managed services.
We closed out 2025 with significant momentum, marked by strategic investment and the addition of Vision-Teck to the wider PCAV Group. This partnership strengthens our professional services capability, broadens our enterprise and global reach, and reinforces our long-term commitment to innovation, scalability and service-led growth. Bringing together decades of experience across education, enterprise and international markets, the combined expertise within the group positions us strongly for the next phase of development.
That momentum has carried confidently into 2026 with the opening of our new Southern satellite office in Basingstoke. This expansion enhances our national footprint, complements our existing offices, and further improves service coverage, responsiveness and client engagement across the South. The new base provides a collaborative hub for our southern team and underlines our ongoing investment in people, infrastructure and delivering industry-leading AV solutions at scale. As we look to the future, we remain committed to pushing boundaries, embracing emerging technologies, and delivering outstanding results for every client.
