Project Snapshot: Avocor installation at University of Buckingham

Recently completed project work at University of Buckingham with an Avocor display and Yealink video bar installation. Some fantastic feedback from the customer made this one even more rewarding for the team who went the extra mile:

"Two of Roche’s engineers, Colin and Morgan, attended our university to complete the installation of audio‑visual equipment in a newly refurbished room, and the level of service they provided was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment they arrived, their punctuality, presentation, and professional conduct stood out. Both engineers were polite and respectful, creating a positive working atmosphere throughout their time on site.

Despite the installation taking place on our graduation day—one of our most challenging days of the year—they remained discreet and considerate. Their loading, unloading, and parking were handled with great care to avoid disruption to the flow of people around the campus. They were also extremely mindful of noise levels. Before using the hammer drill, they checked with us to ensure it wouldn’t interfere with the graduation celebrations, and they were completely accommodating of our timing and staffing constraints.

Throughout the installation, they demonstrated excellent attention to detail. They tidied as they worked and vacuumed the area afterwards. They brought all their own tools and equipment, requiring no additional support. They checked positioning of the devices with us to ensure everything met our expectations. They even adjusted the table placement to perfectly suit the new screen location. They thoroughly tested all devices and confirmed we were happy with the setup and functionality before sign off.
