Project Snapshot: UCLH Multi-Purpose Meeting Room

Client: UCLH NHS Foundation Trust

The room serves multiple functions, so the solution needed to support varied meeting types without adding complexity. Although the space previously relied on a projector, we recommended dual displays to improve visibility and hybrid‑meeting performance. We delivered a system built around Avocor displays, Logitech front‑of‑room video, Biamp audio, Bluestream distribution, Lightware switching and Crestron control. The result is a flexible, modern space that staff can use confidently for everything from internal meetings to remote consultations.
