Project Overview
As the clubs Official AV Partner for the 2024/25 season, Roche AV Pro, in collaboration with Vision Teck, successfully delivered a state-of-the-art AV solution at H Town – the brand-new Huddersfield Town AFC Fan Zone. This project has transformed the venue into a dynamic and welcoming space which complements the existing Fan Zone outside the Stadium. It gives fans greater choice on a match day, whether meeting up before kick-off or analysing the game over a post-match pint. Located underneath the Terriers Together Stand, replacing the previous gym facility, the all-new space runs the length of the stand, boasting a capacity of up to 750. A completely redeveloped and custom-built venue, H Town features two bars and a fully serviced kitchen. The AV installation focused on providing independent audio zones across multiple areas, ensuring optimal sound coverage and seamless control. Additionally, strategically positioned displays and a repurposed video wall enhanced the fans experience.

Key Features
- Seven commercial-grade LG displays from 55-75” were installed throughout the venue to provide extensive sports coverage
- Twenty-two Cloud ceiling speakers were strategically mounted to deliver high-quality, zoned audio coverage across bar areas.
- A Biamp Revamp amplifier and Extron digital matrix processor were integrated for superior audio distribution and control. A Denon Bluetooth receiver provided additional flexibility alongside handheld radio mics.
- The existing video wall was also decommissioned from the Players' Lounge at the training facility and reinstalled in the Fanzone at the stadium


The Result
The H Town Fan zone has been transformed into a fantastic venue, offering fans a top-tier matchday experience. The strategically zoned audio system ensures clear and distinct sound distribution across different areas, while the 4K displays and re-purposed video wall provide visual engagement. By integrating cutting-edge AV technology within this setting, H Town now serves as a premier destination for Huddersfield Town supporters. Whether fans are looking for a pre-game meal or want to unwind after the final whistle, H Town offers a versatile and engaging environment, improving the matchday experience as well as being an entertainment venue on non-match days. H Town shortlisted for BEST FOOTBALL CLUB STADIUM EXPERIENCE at the Football Business Awards 2025
Huddersfield Town’s ‘H Town’ supporter bar has been shortlisted at the 2025 Football Business Awards, in the Best Stadium Experience category. An annual ceremony celebrating the work of clubs and businesses across the UK football industry, the awards recognise innovation, progress, and commitment to fan experience. Hosted by broadcaster Mark Chapman in London on 9 May, the event will be judged by a panel of senior figures and executives from across the game. The Club is also in the running for Best Club Marketing Campaign (Non-Premier League) for their Everything Together campaign. We wish them all the best on the night – here’s hoping they return to Yorkshire with an award or two!
