Roche AV Pro is a close-knit team with decades of shared knowledge, loyalty and trust. With over 400 years of combined service across our team, we’re proud of the long-standing relationships we’ve built internally and externally. Many staff members have grown with us over the years, contributing to a culture rooted in collaboration and continuous improvement. Our three Directors each started in trainee positions and have worked their way up through the company, amassing over 70 years of combined experience.

We believe great results come from a well-supported team and have promoted excellence in AV Training and Development since 1973. We invest heavily in professional development — ensuring our team stays ahead in a fast-moving industry - and have enrolled staff in over 1,200 Extron courses, workshops and certifications. Every team member — from junior to director — takes the Extron
AV Associate course, giving all staff a shared technical foundation and understanding. Our broader training framework includes manufacturer accreditations, CTS qualifications, and project management certifications, ensuring we deliver consistent quality and technical excellence at every level.

Roche AV Academy: Traineeships
Our in-house Roche AV Academy offers structured, two-year traineeships designed to take individuals from entry-level to industry-ready professionals. Each programme is built around step-by-step, modular learning, with on-the-job training and formal qualifications embedded throughout. Trainees finish the course ready to sit the AVIXA CTS exam, ensuring they graduate with an industry-recognised certification and real-world experience to back it up.
