Community Matters.

At Roche AV Pro, we believe in making a positive impact — not just through the technology we deliver, but through the way we operate in the community.

Giving Back Is at the Heart of What We Do.

We're proud to support a wide range of charitable causes and community initiatives. In recent years, we’ve raised over £30,000 for incredible organisations including Overgate Hospice, Cancer Research UK, Bowel Cancer UK, Whizz-Kidz, Young Minds, Willing Wilson, and The Woodlands Academy. Our team regularly takes part in fundraising activities and challenges, and we continue to support local grassroots sports through shirt sponsorships and equipment donations.

Proud to Support

Proud to Support People, Causes, and the Future.

We engage with local schools, colleges, and careers fairs to promote opportunities in the AV sector, and have developed structured in-house training programmes to help nurture the next generation of AV professionals.

In line with our sustainability values, we also donate AV equipment to schools and charities. These initiatives reflect who we are: a company that cares deeply about our people, our community, and our planet.

“It really does make a huge difference to grass roots football having support from companies like Roche AV. We strive to provide the best opportunities for the girls in a time in their life when routine, friendships, health, and stability are really important. I can proudly say that we have managed to provide great experiences, and that couldn't be done without everyone supporting them. We value the support from good corporate citizens like Roche AV and its evident that social responsibility is a core value within your organisation.” Hetton Girls

Community:

Empowering Futures

Supporting Grassroots Sport

We proudly support grassroots sports, helping young people stay active, build confidence, and be part of a team. Our involvement ranges from sponsoring the local Under 8s rugby teams and several boys & girls junior football squads — to a partnership with Huddersfield Town, where we sponsored the U16 and U18 academy team shirts. It’s our way of giving back to the communities we grew up in, and helping the next generation thrive on and off the pitch.

Charity & Good Causes

Our commitment to community goes beyond sport. We regularly support local charities such as Overgate Hospice, contributing through fundraising events and awareness campaigns. We’ve raised tens of thousands of pounds and provided AV equipment donations to schools, youth organisations, and charities to help improve learning, communication, and access to technology. From charity walks to raffle prizes, we’re always looking for practical ways to give back and make a difference.

Roche AV Academy: Traineeships

Our in-house Roche AV Academy offers structured, two-year traineeships designed to take individuals from entry-level to industry-ready professionals. Each programme is built around step-by-step, modular learning, with on-the-job training and formal qualifications embedded throughout. Trainees finish the course ready to sit the AVIXA CTS exam, ensuring they graduate with an industry-recognised certification and real-world experience to back it up.

Apprenticeships

We partner with local colleges and careers providers to deliver meaningful apprenticeships. Our team regularly attends careers fairs and outreach events to promote opportunities within the industry, opening doors for young people to take their first steps in tech. Many of our senior staff began their careers through apprenticeship routes, and we remain committed to nurturing that same path for others.

“Thank you to Roche AV Pro for the generous donation of a Meeting Owl to the college. It’s made a clear difference to how we run hybrid meetings. Sound and image quality are excellent, and we are able to manage the viewing options discreetly from a phone without disrupting the flow, a real bonus for meeting coordination. Remote attendees now have a much better experience, with stronger participation and engagement. Several meeting attendees have commented on how well the tech works. The Owl has transformed meetings for both remote and in-person attendees. A 10/10 experience!”
